Safe Sport Policy Manual
Winnipeg Women’s Soccer League (WWSL) is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants.
All players, coaches, team staff, officials, and volunteers are required to follow the Code of Conduct as outlined in the Manitoba Soccer Association Safe Sport Policy Manual.
This policy is part of the Protecting Youth in Sports Act and is mandatory under Manitoba law.
All participants are expected to:
- Demonstrate respect toward teammates, opponents, officials, and spectators
- Promote a safe and positive environment free from harassment, abuse, and discrimination
- Follow all Safe Sport guidelines and reporting requirements

Failure to follow the Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action in accordance with WWSL and Manitoba Soccer policies.
